Submission for
 's Spring Festival contest!  Took me a couple weeks or so, and I guess I'm pretty much happy with the result.  I think the actual theme for the contest was supposed to be Neji and Tenten in a festival doing festive things, but oh well. Sometimes preparing can be more fun than the actual event, anyways  There's a little story behind this picture, so read on if you're bored or have questions about Neji's position on the tree...So basically, it's the morning of the Konoha annual spring festival, but unfortunately team Gai and several other teams are stuck doing last-minute preparations. Neji and Tenten are assigned to hang up some lanterns, but later Neji is called to do another assignment. And just before he jumps off the branch, he leans in to give his dear girlfriend a kiss. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
